But what goes into the making of a successful food writer? An urge to try out same dishes at different places, interaction with the staff, managers, crowd helps a lot in building a right perspective about food in particular and restaurant in general.
A food writer's reviews must serve as a guide for a stranger to consult before he tries out a restaurant.
